Creating a Menu

We love to create menus; together we can build a customized menu that will be perfectly suited for your next event. Here’s what we need to know in order to quote you for the correct amount of appetizers. How many guests will be attending? What time of day is the event taking place at and for how long? This will help determine how many appetizers we should be serving. Keep in mind we can serve 4-5 appetizers for every hour of service. Looking to replace a meal with Hors D’oeuvres anticipate 12-14 per person. We have years of experience and can determine all of the factors that will ensure your next event is flawless.

Hot Lunch Menu

15 people minimum; a surcharge will apply for smaller groups. All of our luncheons are provided with disposable plates, utensils & napkins if required. China dishes, cutlery & beverage glasses can be provided at an additional cost. For additional hot selections please contact our catering.
